Pet Policy:

Pool Heat:
Optional pool heat is available at a cost of $25.00 per day or $175.00 per week. A 4 day minimum charge of $100.00 applies.

Baby Cribs and Highchairs:
We do offer a limited supply of Baby cribs and high chairs free of charge in our homes. They are available on a "first come - first serve" basis. Please request these items at the time of reservation.

Telephone Calls:
Free local calls. Long Distance calls require the use of a credit card or calling card.

Recreational Vehicles:

Security/ Damage Deposit:
We only require your credit card number on file. No amount will be processed unless actual damages to the home were done during your stay. Cash deposits will be refunded within 3 days after departure.

Cleaning Fee Policy:
The homes are cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Additional cleanings may be requested and will have to be paid directly to the cleaning staff. Any stay of 6 nights or less is subject to a cleaning fee in the amount of $65.00 for a 3 bedroom home, $70.00 for a 4 bedroom home, $75.00 for a 5 bedroom home and $80.00 for the 6 bedroom home.

Rental Guidelines:
To confirm a reservation, we require a $ 250.00 deposit per week. The balance is due one month prior to arrival. Payments can be made by VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, U.S. traveler cheques, US cashiers check, money order or personal check. Personal checks are only accepted if our office receives them at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations which cancel up to 3 month before arrival or the time is rebooked (regardless when the reservation was canceled), will receive a full refund of the deposit minus a 10% cancellation fee. Reservations which cancel between 3 months to 1 month before arrival will not receive a refund but keep their deposit on a customer account to be used for a future vacation. Reservations which cancel 1 month prior to arrival or less will forfeit their deposit.
